Manchester will protest when 100th soldier is killed in Afghanistan

It is a tragedy that we expect to hear shortly that the 100th British soldier will have been killed in the war in Afghanistan during this year, 2009.

We will conduct a protest vigil in Manchester shortly after the announcement is made.

An email will follow giving details of the day and time. You can check this website for details

It is important that this moment does not pass unnoticed or unprotested. Military Families Against The War have asked the British people to mark the reaching of this figure with protests and vigils.
